General & Individual Care

How much does it cost?
$89 for a 30-minute virtual session. Additional time is billed at $2/min.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Not in most states. You can book directly under Direct Access.
What are your therapists' credentials?
All are licensed physical therapists certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT).
What conditions can you treat?
Back pain, neck pain, sciatica, joint pain, headaches, sprains, tendonitis, and repetitive strain injuries.
How does a virtual visit work?
A one-on-one video session with movement assessments and a personalized treatment plan.
Do you take insurance?
We don't bill insurance; our flat-rate model is often cheaper than a copay. Sessions are HSA/FSA eligible.
Is it secure and private?
Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant platforms with encryption.
What if my issue isn't mechanical?
Our therapists will identify it and refer you appropriately.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes — by specialty, availability, or reviews.
Do you treat children?
Yes, for ages 13+; younger children are assessed case-by-case.

Corrections & Institutions

How do you ensure security and compliance?
We're HIPAA-compliant with layered encryption and have passed Department of Corrections (DOC) reviews.
Can you integrate with our EMR?
Yes — secure uploads to your cloud or preferred platform are available.
What are the on-site requirements?
A small private space (8×8 ft or larger), a chair or plinth, and internet access.
What if a patient doesn't improve?
Sessions include reassessment, with referral to on-site medical if needed.

Military & Veterans

Is it available for active-duty members?
Yes, where a private space and internet access exist.
Do you accept TriCare or VA?
Not yet — care is available via HSA/FSA or out-of-pocket payment.
Is it available overseas?
Yes, with internet connectivity.

How fast can appointments happen?
Same-day or next-day scheduling.
What documentation do you provide?
Detailed summaries within 24 hours via a secure link/portal.
Do you provide return-to-work guidance?
Yes — job-specific assessments and return-to-duty recommendations are included.

What is the pricing model?
Flat per-visit rates; no PEPM required.
What reporting do you provide?
We track visits, resolution rates, and satisfaction, with quarterly or custom reports.
Can members self-refer?
